Glimbooth is a trade name of Glimbooth, located at Port Saidweg 40, l448MT Purmerend, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under Chamber of Commerce number 91233356. 1. Definitions
l.l. "Glimbooth" refers to Glimbooth sole proprietorship, the lessor of photo booths.
1.2. "Client" refers to the party that has booked the services of Glimbooth.
1.3. "Photobooth" refers to the equipment and services offered by Glimbooth, including all accessories and software. 1.4. "Event" refers to the occasion or location for which the photo booth is booked.
1.5. "Parties" refers to both the Client and Glimbooth.
2. Applicability
2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the Customer and Glimbooth regarding the rental of photo booths, including reservations and bookings.
2.2. By using the services of Glimbooth, the Customer agrees to these general terms and conditions. 3. Reservation and Payment
3.1. Reservation: To reserve a photo booth, the Customer must contact Glimbooth via our website, by e-mail or by telephone. A reservation is only final after confirmation by Glimbooth and receipt of a written confirmation.
3.2. Payment: Payment terms are agreed during the reservation process. In general, Glimbooth requires a deposit to confirm the reservation, and the remaining amount must be paid before the service is provided.
4. Cancellation and Changes
4.1. Cancellation by the Customer: The Customer can cancel a reservation, but cancellation fees may apply. The cancellation terms are communicated upon reservation.
4.2. Cancellation by Glimbooth: Glimbooth reserves the right to cancel a reservation if circumstances beyond its control make the performance of the service impossible. In that case, Glimbooth will inform the Customer in a timely manner and refund any amounts paid. 4.3. Changes: Changes to the reservation must be communicated to Glimbooth in a timely manner. Glimbooth will attempt to accommodate these changes, but these are subject to availability. 5. Use of the photo booth
5.1. Responsibility: The Customer is responsible for supervising the use of the photo booth and the equipment by guests and others at the event. Damage to the equipment as a result of incorrect use will be recovered from the Customer.
5.2. Conduct: The photo booth may only be used for legal and decent purposes. Glimbooth reserves the right to discontinue the service in the event of inappropriate behavior. 6. Photos and Data
6.1. Ownership of Photos: The Client retains ownership of all photos and data collected during the use of the photo booth.
6.2. Use of Photos: Glimbooth may use photos for promotional purposes, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise. 7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: Glimbooth is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or accident resulting from the use of its services, unless this is due to gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Glimbooth.
7.2. Loss or Damage: In the event of loss or damage to the photo booth or equipment during the event, the Client is liable for the costs of repair or replacement. 8. Force Majeure
8.1. No Liability: Glimbooth is not liable for any delay, interruption or failure to perform its obligations as a result of force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, war, acts of terrorism and government measures. 9. Applicable Law
9.1. This agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law
9.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Cancellation within 14 days before the event
It is not possible to cancel a booking within 14 days before the event. In case of cancellation during this period, the right to a refund will lapse and the full amount will remain due.
Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before the event
If the customer cancels the booking between 14 and 30 days before the start date of the event, the customer will receive 70% of the total amount back. The customer can also choose to move the booking to another available date free of charge in consultation.
